These are different welders welding for the first time a horizontal root with TIP TIG. One thing they all have in common is none of them have to worry about feeding or directing the welding wire. Note how TIP TIG enables a consistency in the torch techniques utlized,
WELDING THAT PIPE. While you select the optimum cup diameter to walk the cup for the root, you simply hold the torch steady or use a small weave for the fill. And every welders should know that when you want steady consistent weld quality, two hands are better than one.

5G pipe weld figures are real world. You will have some TIG welders that will
deposit slightly more weld wire and there will be TIP TIG welders that
can provide higher wire feed rates. TIP TIG rates will increase with automation.
